They never explained never apologized or anything. Wind Creek Hospitality, Owner at Buffet at Wind Creek Casino & Hotel, responded to this review Responded rtg8367., thank you for the constructive criticism, and sorry we couldn’t make it a 5 star experience. I advised that we had extended our stay for an add'l night and the front desk had our info. Wind Creek is a Players’ paradise with multiple properties in the United States and the Caribbean, including one in Atmore, Alabama. They said they needed to get in our room. I yanked the door open and looked out and saw a housekeeping cart down the hall and 2 security guards. Immediately a male voice mumbled 'Sorry' and I heard the door close. All of a sudden I woke up to the sound of someone coming in the door! I immediately hollered, 'What's going on? We're in here!'. When he got back to the room, he laid down and went to sleep. My husband, Farris Hall (delight # 0951000100140) went down and signed the paperwork and got the room key updated. When we got up on Friday morning, the weather was bad and we weren't feeling well so my husband called the front desk and arranged to keep that hotel room (402) for Friday night. This time however our hotel stay was not good.
We go to the casino quite often and stay in the hotel.
